Add mach lookup for `launchservicesd` when extending the sandbox for
`MacOSAutomationPermission::BundleIDs`. This is necessary so that the
target application can be launched for automation.

This omission was due to a spec error in a document, which has been
fixed.

Update the list of platform defaults included for `ReadOnlyAccess`.

When `ReadOnlyAccess::Restricted::include_platform_defaults` is `true`,
the policy defined in
`codex-rs/core/src/seatbelt_platform_defaults.sbpl` is appended to
enable macOS programs to function properly.
