s/mcp_server_requirements/mcp_servers (#9212)

A simple `s/mcp_server_requirements/mcp_servers/g` for an unreleased
feature. @bolinfest correctly pointed out, it's already in
`requirements.toml` so the `_requirements` is redundant.
