Add documentation and source code URLs to each client's logo entry in `LogoCarousel.jsx`. These fields aren't rendered yet, but serve as structured metadata that future PRs can build on. Including them now also encourages contributors adding new clients to provide these URLs, and makes entries easier to verify during review.
