Add language context snippets for markdown, yaml, json, sql, dockerfile, terraform, graphql, protobuf, shell, html, and css. Each snippet follows the existing typescript.md/python.md pattern with Key Concepts, Notable File Patterns, Edge Patterns, and Summary Style sections.
