chore(release): bump version to 2.7.0

Includes since 2.6.3: Hermes (#91), Cline (#116), KIMI CLI (#134)
platform support; dashboard ACCESS_TOKEN env override; README cleanup
(slogan rewrite, drop outdated overview gifs, move thanks to footer).
