Project startup

To build and start/restart the desktop application, run .\restart.bat from the repository root.
The script stops existing RamanApp processes belonging to this checkout, builds current code for win-x86, copies SeaSDK.dll, and starts the application. Build failures must prevent startup of stale binaries.
Default to real hardware mode. Only pass -Mock when the user explicitly requests mock/simulation mode.
Use this script for subsequent restarts rather than starting the executable manually.
