• feat: add terminal keyboard protocol negotiation

  - negotiate Kitty keyboard protocol during terminal session startup
  
  - fallback to modifyOtherKeys when Kitty protocol is unavailable
  
  - cover protocol startup and restore behavior with terminal session tests
