feat(chat): 聊天页支持可选 username 路由

- 将聊天页迁移为 pages/chat/[[username]].vue（/chat 与 /chat/:username）

- 选中会话时同步 URL，支持路由直达指定会话

- 文件消息卡片补充文件类型图标与 WeChat PC 标识资源
