- Show tool results in default filter (not hidden)
- Branch summary shows summary text inline
- Custom message support in tree with customType label
- Remove extra padding from tree nodes (use line-height)
- Remove border styling from active/in-path nodes
- Consistent 18px line-height for tree entries
