- Prefer plugin manifest `interface.displayName` for plugin labels.
- Preserve plugin provenance when handling `list_mcp_tools` so connector
`plugin_display_names` are not clobbered.
- Add a TUI test to ensure plugin-owned app mentions are deduped
correctly.
