Jason d739bb36e5 feat: add macOS Dock visibility management for tray mode ...

- Hide Dock icon when minimizing to tray
- Show Dock icon when restoring window from tray
- Apply appropriate activation policy (Accessory/Regular) based on window state
- Add error handling with logging for Dock operations
