- Add OpenClaw to AppSwitcher icon and display name maps
- Update McpFormModal with openclaw in enabled apps
- Update PromptFormModal/Panel with openclaw filename map
- Update EndpointSpeedTest with openclaw timeout
- Update AppVisibilitySettings with openclaw toggle
- Update test state with openclaw defaults
