feat: add XCodeAPI as sponsor and fix incorrect alt attributes

- Add XCodeAPI sponsor entry to all three READMEs (zh, en, ja)
- Fix XCodeAPI logo alt from "Micu" to "XCodeAPI" in README_ZH.md
