Jonathan Hefner f86c6bbc00 Add "What are Agent Skills?" section to home.mdx landing page

Pulls the lightweight-open-format intro, the `SKILL.md` folder
description, and the directory tree from `what-are-skills.mdx` onto the
landing page. Also retitles the page to "Agent Skills Overview" (with
`sidebarTitle: "Overview"`) and refreshes the frontmatter description.

This works toward letting `home.mdx` stand on its own so that
`what-are-skills.mdx` can be phased out in the future.

Agent Skills Documentation

This directory contains the source code for the Agent Skills documentation site, which is built using Mintlify.

Development

Run the following command at the documentation root, where docs.json is located:

npx mint dev

View your local preview at http://localhost:3000.

Publishing changes

Changes are deployed to production automatically after pushing to the default branch.
