Jonathan Hefner cbc20299ae Improve client descriptions and names in clients.jsx

Update descriptions to use better-curated quotes from vendor websites.
Also make display names more specific where the entry refers to a
product rather than the parent company (e.g. "GitHub" → "GitHub
Copilot", "Databricks" → "Databricks Genie Code", "Snowflake" →
"Snowflake Cortex Code").

Agent Skills Documentation

This directory contains the source code for the Agent Skills documentation site, which is built using Mintlify.

Development

Run the following command at the documentation root, where docs.json is located:

npx mint dev

View your local preview at http://localhost:3000.

Publishing changes

Changes are deployed to production automatically after pushing to the default branch.
