Update descriptions to use better-curated quotes from vendor websites. Also make display names more specific where the entry refers to a product rather than the parent company (e.g. "GitHub" → "GitHub Copilot", "Databricks" → "Databricks Genie Code", "Snowflake" → "Snowflake Cortex Code").
