Collapse both into a single "Why Agent Skills?" section: keep the problem statement, fold "portable, version-controlled" into the opener, drop the circular "new capabilities" bullet (absorbing its examples into "Domain expertise"), and rename "Interoperability" to "Cross-product reuse". The new "This gives agents:" transition leads into three non-overlapping bullets.
