Giles Odigwe 9316f2c2f8 Re-enable skipped Functions/DurableTask tests and bump timeout to 480s

- Remove hard skips from 4 tests in test_11_workflow_parallel.py
- Remove hard skip from test_conditional_branching in test_06_dt_multi_agent_orchestration_conditionals.py
- Increase pytest --timeout from 360 to 480 for Functions+DurableTask CI job
- Updated in both python-merge-tests.yml and python-integration-tests.yml

Get Started with Microsoft Agent Framework Durable Functions

Please install this package via pip:

pip install agent-framework-azurefunctions --pre

Durable Agent Extension

The durable agent extension lets you host Microsoft Agent Framework agents on Azure Durable Functions so they can persist state, replay conversation history, and recover from failures automatically.

Basic Usage Example

See the durable functions integration sample in the repository to learn how to:

from agent_framework.azure import AgentFunctionApp

_app = AgentFunctionApp()

Register agents with AgentFunctionApp
Post messages using the generated /api/agents/{agent_name}/run endpoint
