* Replace Azure Foundry/Azure AI Foundry with Microsoft Foundry in samples

Update all .cs, .md, and .yaml files in dotnet/samples/ to use
'Microsoft Foundry' instead of 'Azure Foundry' and 'Azure AI Foundry'.
