* Clean up response body for diagnostics  and fix tests.

* Fix merge with main.

* Remove redundant fallback for request content headers.

* Add declarative InvokeHttpRequest sample

* Fix solution file and update sample yaml comments

* Add final newline to sample class to fix formatting failure
