Remove Skip="For manual testing only" from AsAIAgent_WithOpenAPITool_NativeSDKCreation_InvokesServerSideToolAsync. The test already uses RetryFact(3 retries, 5s delay) to handle transient failures from the external restcountries.com API. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
