.NET: Consolidate durable agent samples into Durable/Agents folder (#3471)

* Durable samples reorganization.

* Add local.settings.json

* Fix broken link in samples root markdown file.

* Add a link for console app samples.

* Fixed samples path in integration test.

* Fix consols app test path.
