Subject: [PATCH] Update HostedAgents samples for beta.9 API changes and add
 missing projects to slnx

- Use DefaultAzureCredential consistently across all samples
- Add AgentThreadAndHITL, AgentWithLocalTools, AgentWithTools to slnx
- Apply dotnet format
