  • fix(agents): omit model: inherit so non-Claude tools don't see a bad model id 
    `model: inherit` is a Claude Code-specific keyword that means "use the
parent session's model." Other tools that read the same agent frontmatter
(opencode, codex, etc.) don't understand it and instead try to use
`inherit` as a literal model id, which the configured provider rejects.

Reproduction (from #167): opencode + deepseek runs `/understand`, the
project-scanner subagent dispatches with `model: inherit`, deepseek
returns `ProviderModelNotFoundError`, and the pipeline halts on every
subagent dispatch.

With the field omitted, each platform falls back to its own configured
default:
- Claude Code: user's default subagent model
- opencode / codex / etc.: globally configured model

Note for Claude Code Opus users: subagents will no longer auto-inherit
the Opus session model. If you want the previous behavior, set your
default subagent model globally — that single setting now controls all
nine agents.

  • fix(dashboard): preserve sidebar composition + restore slide-up code viewer 
    Two issues from review of #108:

1. Sidebar exclusivity regression — replacing the entire sidebar with the
   CodeViewer when codeViewerOpen hid NodeInfo / LearnPanel / ProjectOverview
   while reading source. Same pattern that was rejected in #50. Restore the
   slide-up bottom overlay (per CLAUDE.md), keep sidebar tabs always visible,
   and revert the <aside> overflow-hidden change so long content can scroll.

2. Cross-graph mismatch (Codex P1) — FileExplorer always builds its tree from
   the structural graph and emits structural node IDs, but CodeViewer resolved
   IDs against the domain graph in domain mode, yielding "No file selected".
   Fall back to the structural graph when the active graph misses, so the
   Files tab works regardless of viewMode.

Also update CLAUDE.md to describe the Files tab + modal expand behavior so
future Claude sessions don't re-introduce the slide-up regression.

  • chore: bump to 2.3.2 and sync version manifest list 
    Bumps all five version-carrying manifests to 2.3.2, bringing
.copilot-plugin/plugin.json back in sync (was stuck at 2.2.0), and
updates CLAUDE.md to reflect the true set of files that must move
together: the nested understand-anything-plugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json
and .copilot-plugin/plugin.json were missing, and marketplace.json was
incorrectly listed (its plugins[] entry does not support a version field).

  • refactor: move prompt templates to agent definitions for prompt integrity 
    Prompt templates (file-analyzer, project-scanner, architecture-analyzer,
tour-builder, graph-reviewer) were being compressed by the orchestrator
when dispatched as subagent prompts, causing function/class extraction
to be silently skipped. Moving them to agents/ ensures the framework
loads the full prompt without compression.

- Move 5 prompt templates from skills/understand/ to agents/
- Update SKILL.md to reference agent definitions instead of templates
- Set all agent models to `inherit` for cross-platform compatibility
- Update CLAUDE.md to reflect new agent model policy

  • feat: language-agnostic analysis with config-driven registry and framework detection 
    Replace the TypeScript/JavaScript-biased analysis pipeline with a truly
language-agnostic system. The core architecture was already language-neutral
(graph schema, dashboard, search) — the bias lived in agent prompts,
tree-sitter plugin, and language-lesson system.

Core changes:
- LanguageConfig + FrameworkConfig types with Zod validation
- LanguageRegistry (12 languages) and FrameworkRegistry (10 frameworks)
- Config-driven TreeSitterPlugin replacing hardcoded TS/JS grammars
- PluginRegistry now delegates to LanguageRegistry for extension mapping
- Language-lesson system uses config for display names and concepts

Prompt system:
- SKILL.md generalized: dynamic injection of language snippets and
  framework addendums instead of hardcoded if/else conditionals
- 12 language prompt snippets (languages/*.md) with concepts, patterns,
  frameworks per language
- 10 framework addendums (frameworks/*.md) with canonical file roles,
  edge patterns, architectural layers — Django/FastAPI/Flask preserved
  and split, plus React/Next.js/Express/Vue/Spring/Rails/Gin added
- Extended entry points, directory patterns, and test patterns across
  all 12 language ecosystems in base prompts

  • refactor: restructure monorepo into Claude Code plugin layout 
    Move packages/{core,dashboard,skill} into understand-anything-plugin/ to
conform to the Claude Code plugin format. Add .claude-plugin/marketplace.json
for plugin discovery. Update workspace config and docs accordingly.

    Rich sample knowledge graph with 20 nodes (all 5 types), 28 edges
(10 edge types), 5 layers, and 6 tour steps themed as a task
management API. Updated CLAUDE.md with skill commands and Phase 2
feature list. Updated README with current status, Phase 2 features,
commands table, and skill usage instructions.
